Wild Spaces and Perseverance

Landmark #6 (Play In Nature a Full Hour)

The friends climbed a steep “cliff” today at the side of the path, which was wildly challenging. It was so fun to slide down this muddy incline, even when that wasn’t the initial intention of the explorer. The cliff climbing I watched really demonstrated how resilient these friends are, and how exploring our natural world can contribute to a sense of perseverance and problem solving. Even when the friends “failed” at their goal of reaching the top of the hill, they persisted and tried again-all with a spirit of positivity and lots of respectful energy.
