Birdies eat the seeds!

Connecting to nature includes connecting with animals. The children were interested in some birds that were perched on the roof one day, so we decided to make some bird feeders to attract more to the yard. The children worked on their motor skills to spread the wow butter on their roll, and then to sprinkle on the seeds. They were hung from the tree in our yard. One child said “Birdies coming!”. He was right, a Chickadee came, and ate from the feeder, and a child said, “Birdies eat the seeds!”.
