Love for our Tree

Landmark 6 (Play in Nature a Full Hour)

What a wonderful, sunny morning to follow tracks, swing on our apple tree and draw in the snow with sticks. I was amazed at how joyful everyone was this morning-we were so intrigued by the bunny and sasquatch prints we found and so pleased to see our apple tree. We have such a love for our tree, and I’m seeing so much empathy as we play her. Last week Hughey brushed snow from her branches, today Everett pulled vines from her. “We need to move these from her, they are sticking to her.” he explained. We play together here so peacefully and cooperatively, taking turns on her limbs and following the trails we have created around her.
