The Preschool group at Northern Lights Daycare have been exploring ice for the past couple of weeks. The children first discovered it on our playground and since have been interested in learning about where it came from and how it disappears. So with Valentine’s Day coming up what better way to tie the two together then to freeze heart shaped ice cubes and have a scavenger hunt. The children had a blast searching the playground for the frozen hearts!
