Chocolate Eggs vs Chicken Eggs

We were able to visit a friends farm. They have cows and chickens. We arrived just in time for feeding and got to witness a mother cow feeding her baby. Lots of discussion and comparison was had about milk and babies, milk and calves and how animals care for their young. We moved onto collecting eggs. It was extremely exciting for all and led to much discussion on eggs – eating them, hatching them, chocolate eggs vs chicken eggs.
