Why Sticks Float

Landmark 1 (Explore Together Weekly)

Students read the book, 5 Little Monkeys Wash the Car. Afterwards they were invited to act it out together as we sang the 5 Little Monkeys song.
We then explored and did some wonderings about the water that was melting. Students discussed why sticks floated and why stones did not.
