Landmark 12 (Nearby Plants and Animals)

We had the pleasure of having Mr. Neil from Camp Kawartha come to our school and lead some activities and games for our classroom. We learned about animals that live near us and the different adaptations they have made over time in order to survive. Mr. Neil showed us all of the special body parts that beavers have and the uses for them. We also pretended we were squirrels trying to find food and escape predators. We had SO much fun with him!
