Pond Life Scavenger Hunt

Landmark 1 (Explore Together Weekly)

This week we have been exploring bees, butterflies, and pollinators during our weekly virtual meets. As an extension of our learning the students were given an outdoor scavenger hunt and challenged to find as many items on the list in the outdoors. As part of the scavenger hunt, they were also encouraged to look at pond life as this will be a focus in the upcoming week. One of our students was thinking outside the box and managed to find a ‘Painted turtle’ on her outdoor adventure.
