Apples, Apples Everywhere

Landmark 5 (Garden/Care for Animal)

Students gathered at the magic tree for a read-aloud, Apples, Apples Everywhere. Afterward, they were invited to participate in yoga followed up by weeding of the garden. We learned about the roots and stems of the plants. Students also discovered various creatures living in the soil in the garden. Together we discussed what we would like to plant in the garden.
