Movement Games

Landmark 7 (Books, Songs, Games Weekly)

We learned a song from Sharon (Naturalist, Warsaw Outdoor Education Centre) about living things, that we now sing to remember that all living things eat, breathe, and move. We also played a super fun Living and Nonliving movement game. If we heard a living thing called out, such as a hawk or a fish, we had to move like that living thing. When we heard a nonliving thing called out, such as a rock or a picnic table, we had to freeze! Later we did some sorting of living and non-living things.
