Online Aquarium

Landmark 12 (Nearby Plants and Animals)

Connecting with nature has been more difficult during online learning. Today, we did a virtual field trip to Ripley’s Aquarium to learn about North American Lobsters. We learned about how climate change is impacting Lobster populations, lobster reproduction, lobster moulting and the many lobster appendages. Ripley’s Aquarium of Canada runs live education videos weekly on their YouTube channel.
