Six Legs

Landmark 1 (Explore Together Weekly)

We are studying bugs at school right now. There have been sights of various different insects around our schoolyard so the children have been enjoying observing all of the differences. Today at school we found a jube bug. It’s so big! The children made the bug a nice habitat where they could watch it crawl around. Insects have six legs and we were able to look at the long legs very closely. It’s so fun to discover new things in nature!
