Sand Cakes
Landmark 8 (Nature Art Weekly)
The children were making sand cakes in the mud kitchen during their outdoor free play time.The children noticed nature items that had fallen onto the table from the trees these included twigs, leaves and maple keys. They used these materials to decorate their cakes. The twigs acted as candles and we could hear them singing Happy Birthday!
