Our Local Pond
Landmark 1 (Explore Together Weekly)
Students went for a walk around the community. We stopped by a local pond area and discussed what creatures might live around the area. As we walked students collected various fall leaves and treasures. We took time to stop and listen to the sounds of the local birds. Students loved trying to mimic the sounds they heard.
