Seeds and Sunflowers

Landmark 5 (Garden/Care for Animals)

Earlier in the fall, our class really enjoyed sunflowers. We had some really tall sunflowers inside our classroom for a few weeks. They started drying, so we left them on the counter. Today we investigated the flowers and noticed all the seeds inside. We picked out the seeds to put in the bird feeder outside our classroom window.
