Digging Up Colour

Landmark 3 (Exercise Senses Daily)

We brought bottles of water with food coloring out into the snow! The children started by using the colours to write their names, create patterns and pictures, and explore mixing colours. When all the bottles were empty, they used shovels to dig up the coloured parts of the snow and shovel it into sleds. “We’re making a coloured snow sensory bin!” Max told us!
