Snow Tunnel Sister

Landmark 7 (Books, Songs, Games Weekly)

We had a wonderful, peaceful morning with our visit from Melody Crowe. She read us a story titled, Snow Tunnel Sisters by Leah Dorion. The children could relate to the sisters in the story, being so excited about a snowfall, and then going out to make tunnels, forts, and snow angels. Melody taught us some winter words and a welcoming song in Ojibwe, too.
