Over and Under

Landmark 7 (Books, Songs, Games Weekly)

The Kinders of Ms. Connolly and Ms. Hiscock’s class at OV spent Monday out in the melting snow with Nature Nancy. We shared a story trail learning about the many animals that live over and under the snow. We decided that it would be tough to be an animal right now that depended on the tunnels under the snow for protection. The melting snow may be a big concern for these creatures. The students also played games and took part in different activities focusing on how animals adapt to the winter.
