Landmark 3 (Exercise Senses Daily)

Today with the newly fallen snow we decided to make ice cream! We collected some fresh snow and followed a recipe including vanilla, maple syrup and coconut cream. The children used all their senses including smell to explore all the ingredients as we took turns mixing them together. Once it was all mixed we scooped out the ice cream and added their choice of sprinkles! We all tasted the ice cream noticing how it tastes different than plain snow and more like ice cream!
