Catching Leprechauns

Landmark 1 (Explore Together Weekly)

Today we went on a scavenger hunt to find leprechauns! We asked the children what we might need to catch one and went to the outdoor storage area where the children found bug nets. The educators took turns hiding printed-out leprechauns and then the children scoured the playground to find them. This was a great chance to look at the playground in a whole new way and also building relationships as we worked together to find them all. The children repeated this game over and over for almost an hour.
