Noah created his own dramatic play sugar bush, where he started working through the process of creating maple sugar. The pea gravel from under the climber acted as sap from the trees, the pylon was the tap in the tree, and he collected the ‘sap’ in a bucket underneath his pylon tap! I have some books about sugar bushes that I will bring in this week to keep thinking about making maple syrup!
