Landmark 5 (Garden/Care for Animals)

Ever so tenderly caring for our flowers, which have replaced our winter bird count, we continue to connect with nature while indoors for our younger friends quiet time. We are distinctly aware of the changing season, and as we grow together year after year, we grow in our knowledge and connection to the colors, tastes, beauty, and music of each passing time of year. The earth-toned bird feed which speckled white snow has given way to these vibrant flowers, so kindly gifted to me by my friends to bring joy during a sad time. We are happy to have this joy inside for now, and excited for the outside world to explode with color. This will happen soon, as our sprouting pepper plants remind us.
