Investigating Pond Life

Landmark 2 (Animal Friends Monthly)

Students have been learning and investigating pond life. We took a walk and visited a local pond where the students were excited to see two mallard ducks. They enjoyed watching the ducks as they searched for food. They were able to observe firsthand how the ducks moved in the water. We had lots of wonderings and talking about what we noticed at the pond.
