We read Waters by Edith Newlin Chase and Ron Broda. The kids couldn’t believe that the artist made the picture by painting and cutting paper. They look so real! In Waters, we follow the path of water as it begins as snow in the mountains, becoming a baby brook, and later a wide river flowing in to the sea.
